Metzen and Morhaime is close enough to Alex (especially Metzen), there’s like 0% chance that he didn’t know about it.

Sorry but I have no sympathy for people who share nude pics with someone and then cry when those pics get distributed due to breakups, fights, whatever. If those pics were taken without permission we have a different story but as long as those were pics taken with consent or sent by the individual sorry tough luck. That is most definitely NOT sexual harassment even if his EX happened to be an employee. Do not put yourself in potential situations you do not want to be in.

Lore’s reply implies that he knew of what was going on, and turned a blind eye himself.
It’s very easy to claim the moral high ground by taking a shot at someone that has no power over you.

I agree. To be fair, though, good HR people know that most of the time, protecting the employees is the same thing as protecting the company. This is a case in point. Blizzard could have avoided this huge PR disaster and saved themselves lots of lawyer fees if HR had just done their job properly. They didn’t do the company any favors here.

HR’s probably just one of those departments that got hamstrung by layoffs these past few years. 
Don’t tell me that you’ve never ever done something stupid in your life. Showing a little empathy is not the same thing as condoning an action. I don’t approve of binge drinking and making an a** of yourself in public, but I’ve been there before, and I can still pity people who do it.
And it absolutely is harassment. This is no different than distributing a personal love letter or publicizing private conversations. We share intimacies with our partners with the expectation of privacy.

That’s some of dumbest stuff I ever heard blizzard dev’s well the community caused me to do it the community blizzard were scum so I am to lol. Just go away already. We all act the way we do cause of ourselves. It’s the true meaning of choices blizzard failed alot just like us cause you me who’ve made the decision.
