Yeah, Blizz is clearly already horrified by the potential of the vault as it is, that’s why they went with the nerfs everywhere else (except PvP which I think they sorely underestimated how many people would flock back to PvP for more guaranteed rewards).
They’re not going to buff the vault in that way. They’ve basically leaked the badge/valor plan, we just don’t know the timing and details.
