You can send an email to copyright@blizzard.com with that link, I’d say.
Yes, that’s an email address, not a URL. It looks funny.
Also, in the future if you have links to provide for visual reference with other issues, you can always put a ` (the key to the left of the 1) on both sides of it and not have to worry about putting spaces in the link if you don’t have a high enough trust level.
