Please encourage your friend to learn how to use basic functions of a computer especially if it's online. In my family we have a rule set forth by my Dad that every computer user must read and understand the basics of computer security from passwords, anti-virus/malware and phishing/identity theft but it doesn't stop there. One could say we live in a dangerous age of tech and if you have no concept of it or challenged in anyway you should not be ONLINE especially in a video game.
