Retaliation is a heroic progression guild that has been raiding and PvPing in various games for over 10 years. We enjoy giving each other a hard time while still being successful.

Retaliation raids on Tuesday and Wednesday nights 8 PM to 10 PM ET. We use Discord for voice communication and go with a work hard play hard mentality. We also require a mythic+ to be completed each week to assist with progression.

<Persistence> [US-Alliance Classic] Tues/Wed/Thurs 8-11pm CST is a Classic Community looking for raiders that are wanting a “One-Stop-Shop’ for all their gaming needs.

Summary

Led by Top 100 US Exp. Officer core , we are looking for players with decorated PVP/PVE backgrounds that are wanting a competitive, yet fun environment. We are wanting players who are active and want to come home from work, school, etc. and instantly hop in to join the guild in groups doing Dungeons, Farming mats, LOL, Overwatch, etc. You name it…. we probably play it!!

Mission Statement

With an officer core of lifetime friends / raiding experience 10+ years, we are wanting to make this guild the final resting spot for most of us. With classic content being released and already knowing what to expect, we feel that Classic WOW Raiding isn’t going to be enough to satisfy the current Mythic raider. This is why were looking to establish a community that focuses on not only WOW Raiding but also other aspects of the video game scene.

What we are looking for:

18+ We aren’t looking to have a massive deviation in our players age. Most guilds run into an issue having too far of a deviation. We are a younger group most of us ranging from 24-30 and looking for players that would synergize well with that age group

Active - We don’t ask for you to spend all your time in discord, but with no current requirements of our raiders now (will cover below) we do want to get to know our members better and ultimately build long lasting friendships

Competitive Mindset - We are a hypercompetitive guild… I won’t hide the fact. If you are interested in a highly competitive scene with a group of multi top parsing players… this is your scene. We want to make every raid / dungeon unique… pushing ourselves and each other to the best of their ability. We believe competition is fun and the game should be treated as such! Bring your A game!

Decorated Backgrounds – While I would want to make our guild inclusive, having players with multi top ranking logs throughout tiers and players just starting doesn’t vibe well. If you have a history playing any game competitively, Top 1% PVP backgrounds etc we want to work with you! There are other aspects of this game and other games that should be bragged about and we want players that are well-rounded!!

About the Guild

Casual Hex is a chill and community-oriented raiding guild that has been welcoming both new and veteran players and has been actively raiding with a solid core group on Bloodhoof since Mists of Pandaria. We focus on cultivating a warm and inclusive atmosphere for experiencing everything WoW has to offer. We are a true community of friends, hosting a yearly real-life meetup called “HexConn” to cement and celebrate the connections we create in-game. We also celebrate the holiday season with in-game parties where we all hang out and celebrate with games, prizes, and good company.

About Our Raid Team

Our current progression team, Hexual Feeling, raids every Sunday and Monday from 9:00-11:30 PM EST. Every tier we strive to achieve “Ahead of the Curve” and at least 1 mythic kill. Everything else after that is extra bonus feel-good boss kills. We aspire to comfortably stay within the top 20 guilds on our server. Our guild bank provides food, flasks, and repairs to help out on your personal raid costs.

-Our team leads have CE experience from previous tiers/expansions, and we are looking to develop our team this expansion focusing on personal and raid progression, and most importantly team synergy built on the foundation of trust with like minded individuals.

Team Expectations:
-We expect all raiders to hold themselves to a high standard of Professionalism, Progression and Collaboration between team members.

-We expect each raid member to contribute to the greater well being of the team. This means coming to raid prepared each raid night with their specs fully optimized (simC/Raidbots/Pawn/Stat Weights) when it comes to gems, enchants, talents, consumables and are using the appropriate add-on/weakauras to ensure you are performing to the best of your abilities.

-We expect each team member to come prepared knowing the strategies for each boss before entering raid by taking a look at strat/kill videos/warcraftlogs replays.

-We expect all raiders to be able to take constructive criticism well so they can look into their own logs/wowanalyzer to improve their gameplay wherever it is needed.
