Hey! We’re a semi-hardcore guild but we always welcome socials and casuals, and we always make sure people who help out the guild with guild bank donations always get AOTC towards the end of a tier (and if you can carry your own, with decent numbers, you can come clear AOTC weekly in our Tuesday night runs once we’ve got it on farm, too!).
