To be clear, I am just one person, not a group of 3. I created the title like that since I am not 100% sure what my main will be in Shadowlands yet. It will likely be either Warlock (current goal), Boomkin, or Hunter.

I moved in from Texas to Tennessee, and haven’t raided since March, so I am still only 7/12M. I am excited to get back into it for Shadowlands.

About me:
I have been raiding at the highest difficulty nearly non-stop since The Burning Crusade. I started as a Prot Warrior, and have raided as Mage, Resto Druid, Boomkin, Hunter, Warlock, Fury Warrior, and occasionally Spriest at various times since then. I have had roles as raider, class leader, raid leader, officer, and GM at various times as well. As a result, I understand team dynamics and multiple roles in the raid team and understand what it takes to kill bosses as a team. If needed I am happy to, and even enjoy, playing offspecs in raid - ranged dps, tank, or healer, which is why Druid is on my list of possible mains.

I have multiple CE and similar Feats of Strength, have farmed many mounts for guildies (hello Firelands Rag mount), and even got server first Tribute to Dedicated Insanity way back in the day. I’d like to be part of a guild that can get CE each tier, even if it takes a while.

I enjoy M+ quite a bit and would be interested in pushing harder in the next season than I have previously (about 2200 io this season despite the break)

Its Mine I Licked It (US-Stormrage) is recruiting for semi-hardcore raiding in Shadowlands!

Its Mine I Licked It was founded prior to the launch of Shadowlands by a group of friends with significant hardcore raiding experience. All of the founding members have played WoW since The Burning Crusade or earlier, and have raided since Wrath of the Lich King or before. More to the point, each of the founding members have at minimum US Top 50 experience, and we have all held leadership positions in competitive raiding guilds.

However, life goes on and people get older, and we all stopped raiding or even playing the game all together in either Legion or Battle for Azeroth for individual reasons. However, we also love this game and have come back over the last few months (or for some of us, never left at all). For all of us, raiding is an integral part of this game, and that’s what we plan to do. Still, we don’t want to break our backs pushing the true bleeding edge of end game content like we all did for so many years.

In Shadowlands, we will plan to clear Mythic Raid content as well as provide an environment conducive for Mythic + dungeon runs. However, we are all at the point in our lives where pushing late hours or extra nights to clear a Mythic Raid is not what we are looking for. Instead, we want to focus on a less grindy experience while still pushing ourselves and playing efficiently.

The raid schedule is going to be TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS from 8 EST – 11 US Eastern time. We will only be raiding 6 hours a week, so we will be pulling at 8. In other words, the ability to be on by 7:45 or so is important/necessary.

Hi Heph,

We’re looking for returning players with some prior CE-level experience who want a somewhat casual raid schedule while utilizing some of the best-practices you see in more serious environments. Reading through your post, I expect your prior leadership experience, extensive raid experience, and team-focused attitude would make you a good fit within our roster. The majority of our raid has some level of leadership experience, and we universally share a focus on working as a team to progress quickly and efficiently.

We raid a fairly casual schedule (7-10pm EST Mon, Wed, Thurs) and take advantage of our limited hours by coming to raid well prepared and highly organized. As an example, we use PTR testing footage and logs to create strats we’ll use during week 1. There’s an example from Ny’alotha in our recruitment information, and we also already have guides posted internally for Castle Nathria.

Our primary organizational focus is on maintaining a positive and productive raid culture. We’re willing to make short term sacrifices like investing in a player who shows potential and needs some gear and some practice or removing a player who might be highly skilled individually but isn’t on board with playing as a team and keeping the raid culture positive.

What We Expect

Attendance
When joining our team with the intention of progressions raiding we expect everyone to show up for all raids on time and hold at least a 90% attendance rate. We understand life happens, and all we ask is that you give advance notice if you are able to.

Expectations
A player who is committed to operating as part of a team, and someone who is given a role and executes this role. Someone who has the mindset when preforming these tasks within raid makes the rest of the team better, and thus helping down bosses. They must be humble enough to know we all can learn, and improve. Constructive feedback is an important tool for any raid team looking to progress through heroic modes, and having members who embrace, as well as, learn from it is key to overall success of the raid team.

What you can expect from us

  • An officer core that is dedicated to the well-being of the guild, and its members.
  • A core group of players that are focused on progression, and dedicated to each other, and the guild.
  • A group of people that enjoy each other, as well as, the game.

Good morning mate! If swapping to emerald Dream-alliance is a possibility, our guild junction would love to have you three! We are 2/12M looking to tackle some more mythic nyalotha before prepatch hits and then progress in SL! While we arent CE, that is something we are looking to achieve once Shadowlands hits!

I hope this finds you well! You look like you would be a really good fit for us so I wanted to shoot this over to you so you have it, but I will also be reaching out to chat.

About us:

We are a newly formed guild on Area 52 comprised of a tight knit core of friends that have been playing together for a number of years. We bring with us a wealth of experience in various areas of the game and strong personalities to match. We have a very laid back attitude, but we all are in it to push the highest levels of content that this game has to offer. Outside of raids we are very active and enjoy pushing high m+ keys as well as doing some pvp on the side. We are looking for like minded individuals who are looking to push through heroic and into mythic raid content on a compressed schedule as we all have lives that we need to live, but are looking to be efficient with our time and have fun!

Expectations:

We’re looking for players who can commit to our raid schedule and who are motivated to participate in progression. We’re not just looking for people who can top the meters.
