Man, this is ridiculous.
We've described the problem - repeatedly. We've even done a bit of troubleshooting for you. Hard to do much when you're testing a black box.
I have over 30 years experience as a SW Engineer - 24 of those as QA - an expert on network protocols. Apparently, that doesn't count for crap.
Apparently, the number of people that share this issue doesn't count for crap.
Not ONE whisper from Blizzard. Not ONE question. Not ONE request for info.

On October 28th, I lost dozens of in-game mail because I couldn't log in.
On November 6th, it'll happen again on another server if nothing changes.
Then, it'll happen again on November 10th ... November 18th ... November 20th ... November 22nd ... yeah, I play on that many servers ...
I've been juggling mail for *years*. Never had a problem keeping up.
Now, the problem is that the service I've been paying for since vanilla is NOT AVAILABLE DUE TO A DEFECT. AND, BLIZZARD IS DOING NOTHING!?

So, anybody know how to hack the WTF files so I can at least try to switch the last server logged in to? It's got to be in there somewhere. I can try, any way ...
