LoL @ Bots buying AH materials completely out and re-listing

Ban the buyers and the bots will go away organically.

Another solution is just to stop playing with cheaters.
Go into your Guild Chat and say “Gold buying is cheating” gkick anyone who gets mad about you saying that.

Good to know that your IQ is still so low that you didn’t get that all you do is finish the starting zone quests. I have told you this on multiple threads. You’re just too much of an idiot to figure it out. Very simple. Just finish the starting zone. It will phase you out. You are then put into your own layer. The layering system was brought in during Shadowlands first.

Glad to see you both are still mocking me about that subject though.

day 1 I ran to ogimaar and looked at the aution house… all empty a few hours later, i went back to list something and did a search and someone listed items for 10,000g buy outs… I thought I miss read so i refreshed again and sure enough someone listed a peaceboom for 10,000g so 3 others listed 1 for 9,999 and 9999 99s and so on… kinda f’d up lol

they should remove all coin in the game and make it a social interaction. You have to do nice deeds to unlock stuff and get up voted for epics haha

remove all coin and you remove the need for bots

bots aren’t human and will exist as long as some guy loads the bot…

Black desert online puts a cap on the price of items. A lower and upper cap.
You could buy and sell at the high all day but it never goes above that.
Perhaps wow should follow BDO’s lead put AH price caps on items.

I worked the AH on dragonflight a couple of weeks after it came out. I never worked the AH before. The only reason I did was because I notice something on gear being sold. I ended going from 15k to 1.5 million in about 2 months. However I got burnt out doing that crap lol. I had to be logged in on my pc when working from home and on my phone when I wasn’t by my pc. I can’t even imagine how people get gold capped, but I guess my way was super slow and time consuming compared to what others do. I had to stop, too much work

The moment you press the “list auction” button, your items are instantly bought with superhuman speed.

  1. Someone has a large enough supply of gold to corner huge low level markets of light leather, linen, etc
  2. Someone has ungodly ping, lightning fast reflexes, and is watching the auction house like a cracked out hawk. Or it’s a bot.

That is pretty much what I did for those 2 months. So people would list lvl 60 green gear from DF the same price as lvl 60 green gear from the previous xpac. Well that gear from the previous xpac was like for example item ilvl 200 and DF would be like 315 ilvl which of course had way better stats. Would buy them all up for that low price and relist them 3-5 times what I bought it for but still under what others sold them for. Made a killing because everyone wanted new lvl 60 green gear for their alts once they where able to start DF zone. Pretty sure that probably doesn’t work anymore, as before I stop playing DF you could get really good gear right when you turned 60 other than greens.

I was being facetious. When I say “instantly” I do literally mean instantly, as in not even a millisecond after I press list. If it was a human, it would be a second or two. This is completely instantaneous. It’s clearly a bot

Oh yea probably so then. I know sometimes I would get gear like right after it got listed but of course we have to refresh so it’s going to take a good 2-5 seconds and that is if you listed it and I happened to hit refresh right after.

They’re trying to spoof the AH addons buyout price recommendations.

The other people following them are just blindly posting using their AH addons.

I make a lot of gold off those types.

Do you remember the good old days when we used to hang out on that server whose name you can’t remember?

Yeah, me neither.

‘clever use of game mechanics’
You are a good reason why item high and low price caps should exist

Looool.

You have no idea what you’re talking about.

Rofl.

I’ve never seen a vanilla realm have AH prices at vendor trash price or below within half a day of launching.

I remember making bank of stuff like malachite, mining ores, etc… literally my first trip to the AH probably 6 hours into release and I had to post all my stuff at a few coppers above vendor value and in many cases it made no sense with the deposit. I was literally vendoring leather scraps on the first night.

In my 20’s and still struggling to buy skills and food. Never did I see this at any time on new vanilla servers. I probably rolled day 1 toons on a dozen vanilla servers, both pvp and pve.

It’s a combination of putting too many people on a realm and not tweaking anything and pro-level bots that didn’t exist day 1 vanilla.

Hey I have asked for a very long time now to quit stalking me on the forums across your multitude of alts. it is very obvious that I do not like you in the slightest. You talk me in game about as much as you do here on there forums. There is nothing I like about you Glinda. Never have liked you and I never will. Just stop following me around, stop trolling me. There is 0% of anything at all that enjoy in the slightest by having you come at me nonstop whether it be in game or on the forums.

Awe, you two are so cute.

sounds smart, excepting you need a high amount of money in the first place?

I was in this thread before you were.

Who’s stalking whom?

It’s not smart unless your goal is to lose a lot of gold.
