Logon error appears to be caused by Eula not appearing to be accepted

I got in by Clicking on the error code in the launcher which opened my web browser. The ELUA appeared allowing me to scroll it and accept the 4 times the I was allowed to proceed to log into game… Somehow the EULA not appearing is causing the logon to fail…

We’re looking into the issue now.

Some players have been able to open the EULA in a web browser and accept it. Some have needed to use incognito or private mode for it to work.

I also saw another user go offline in the Battle.net Desktop app to accept it.

We continue to look into the overall issue though.

I can’t get into my main account because of the EULA message - can log into my husband’s account

Im assuming u were expierimenting but only your husband should be logging into his account.
