I love to hate both zones so much I can’t wait until I am revered with both factions, so I no longer have to bother to go to either zone. If Blizzard basis either of these zones on the expansion. I would literally have to stop playing. Mech is nothing more than Timeless Isle on steroids. It literally has little in the way of actually story-driven content and is nothing more than so-called rare Piñata’s that drop trinkets and nonsense that fill up bag space. Other than the rares that drop mounts the rest are next to worthless, except for the blueprints, which are largely going to be worthless once people gain the ability to fly. Once flying commences, you are going to see a massive amount of people not even bothering to go back to either zone. Mech probably has more life left in it than Nazjatar. Flying is not going to make Nazjatar better or even more tolerable. The only reason ever talk in Mech is for the times on various things, not just talk or cooperate for the sake of cooperation with one another.
These rares, as they are referred to go down in a matter of second. Which leads the chat to be filled with people that could not get to the location fast enough, which then leads them to complain about people downing these so-called rares to fast and having to wait another 30 minutes to an hour for the next spawn, which if the person is not there at the time of spawn, they are still not going to be able to participate.
Nah, these two zones are the furthest things that Blizzard should base future content around. If anything, Mech show just how poor of a player base this game currently has. There are a lot of very selfish and self-indulged people playing this game. They are not cooperating because they want too. They are cooperating because they literally have too.
Nazjatar sucks on so many levels, that is largely due to the sharding and phasing taking place, which is forcing people to communicate to get things done that should not take many hours to complete. Killing 3 rares up until yesterday was a chore not worth the rep gained from the quest. Having to kill only one today was largely still not worth the time invested in trying to find and hope you could attack the rare before it enters into another phase altogether or not immediately reappear upon dying. I don’t know how many times over the past week I have had a mob in Nazjatar immediately appear once I killed it. What is worse is clearing an area, only to be put in another phase altogether with the area completely full of all the mobs I just cleared then literally getting raped by said mobs that instantly reappeared.
At least Mech does not have this same problem, but Mech is really nothing more than so-called Piñatas that drop prizes from time to time. This game is an MMORPG and should look, feel, and act like one.
