I really hope this isnt the case or a foreshadowing of the expansion.
I mean having incinerate hitting for 50k in pvp on 1.8 million hp is beyond stupidity.
Chaos bolt is doing 13% of someones health. This is comically bad.

Yeah but on ptr a lot of times everything is still wonky. Ive read about ele being horrific on there. Its more of a question of if blizz actually tunes the damage properly or not after the expansion goes live.
I mean, isn’t this just always the case for the entire history of the game lol.
