Anyone interested in starting a new pseudo fresh? Similar to Deviate Delight? Currently Loatheb is US East Dead Server. Would love to see how many people would be down to start again leveling, progress through the tiers ( MC, ony, BWL, etc )

PVP servers are more fun with PVP.

I’ll give it a week or so before I give up on playing Singleplayer.

Plz no fresh reroll movement on Grobb. Alodar already tried that before he took it to DD. It was not well received and he was essentially run off the server.
That being said, I’d be happy for anyone who wants to roll a new toon on Grobb to join us or start their own community alongside us. I think the difference with last time was this was an effort done by a streamer attempting to turn our small backwoods realm into a THRIVING city, while completely ignoring the fact that a small five-year established community existed.
So yeah if you wanna come hang on Grobb we’re always looking for new friends. Just not trying to make Grobb THRIVING again if you get what I mean.

Since this has been brought up, I thought I’d point this out.
Loatheb is the only other realm besides Grobbulus that doesn’t have transfers of any kind enabled, so we now have a West Coast realm - Grobbulus and an East Coat realm - Loatheb that have 0 transfers enabled.

I didn’t realize Loatheb had transfers off too. That’s a huge boon for anybody who wants to play there and experience a new fresh run.
I’m extremely happy playing on Grob and in the environment that server provides. Fresh isn’t my jam, but I will happily support you guys with a bump! 
For what it’s worth, if DD was any indication, it can take some time to get this going. If Fresh is something you really want, you might have to join in promoting it. That and/or get a mid-level streamer to boost your cause… which is how DD got going

Really interesting to see that, and I wonder why they disabled it on Loatheb. Per their current support documentation:
Free Transfers from the following realms are currently disabled:
- Deviate Delight (US)
- Grobbulus (US)
- Zandalar Tribe (EU)
I was hopeful they’d disabled it again on DD! Back when then turned it off on Grobb, DD wasn’t on that list anymore.
DD definitely deserves to have it shut off, same with BB.

Agreed. Really all of them should be shut off. It’s been 5 years… I’m sorry but if you’ve got a 60 on a dead realm after 5 years and didn’t move it, that’s on you, and I think it’s very fair to ask you to re roll. The fact that FCMs are exclusively used by bots exploiting small realm resources is just insane.
Even worse that Aggrend told me on twitter dms he basically condones this as it’s “good for stabilizing the economy on Whitemane”

Oh hell yeah. Good Luck to Lotheb. Tempted to play there myself, as it sounds like a perfect farmer oasis.
But Also…
Please consider trying Deviate Delight, as well. Both factions have a small guild of both recent fresh rolls and helpful people from the last fresh movement who want to pick up where they left off. AFAIK unofficial “fresh” only lasted about 7 or 8 months before Blizz released their own with Anniversary. We do still have free transfers enabled off the server to whitemane, which really sucks, because that means we still have a few farmers (maybe 5-6 nowadays) and mara mage bots.
It may not be comeptely fresh but it’s a great place to get started. There are maybe 15 active players on the Alliance side, last I heard, who would love some friends. The Horde side are over 30 raiders strong and doing BWL these days. We have lots of new 60s and fresh Rend heads to drop, but it still feels like a very refreshing, back to basics, experience.

What do you mean?
They locked MoP Grobb to new players, so the only way for people to play on Grobb now is to play on era.
Ah gotcha. I only play era and only play on Grobb (been here since 2019!) so I’m pretty out of the loop outside of our little community here.

Its kind of amusing that the era servers continue to exist in some form while all the initial classic servers have died or been deleted except for like…Pagle.
