what are you talking about? I injured my left hand once and had to play one handed. You can move with middle click and use a gaming mouse for most of the spells.

Meet with your friend and make some sort of attachment for their arm/hand hand so that they can press a few important keys. Instead of being a victim be a problem solver. The world needs more solutions and less victims.

Or buy a mouse with a bunch of buttons.

I was once reported as a bot. But a GM came online and spoke to me and chatted for a minute. I was clearly a real person, which ended the problem

I am sure your friend can contact Blizzard and challenge the banning. I am fairly sure that Blizzard will reverse the ban for him. Has he even tried?

Heā€™s told Blizz already in the past, they donā€™t care. We sent in an appeal. Every1 getting banned for being reported for botting.

Yeah, gonna go with the belief that the OP is full of it.

Tell him to get a USB triple foot pedal. He can bind his Q W E keys to it. Strafe left, move forward, strafe right. Combine that with his clicking and use the combo of pedals and mouse to turn and move. Should improve his playing immensely.
