I use it on my druid during superblooms and to hover afk in DF cause that’s the real end game.

I would assume some of us just have not had the time to unlock/research normal flying, whilst dragonriding is default. Irresponsibly, I have been doing Superblooms whenever I login instead. : )
It would certainly make some things easier; I am n00b at dragonriding and ought to have my license revoked. Fingers crossed the process is not lengthy.

Im using it for the annoying and hard to reach items and interactables on the trees and sht. Other than that, dragonflying is just better
They actually got rid of the renown requirements, you only need to do the main story campaigns of the Waking Shores, Ohna’ran Plains, the Azure Span, Thaldraszus, and Zaralek Caverns and explore all of the Dragon Isle zones including the Emerald Dream.

I’m about to get Pathfinder and plan to use normal flight in smaller compact areas where I’m questing, don’t don’t plan to be mounted for a long time and want to easily mount up and fly at low altitudes. Dragonriding is just too fast when you’re flying around small areas for objectives. Traveling long distances? Dragonriding all the way.

How are you going to tell me what my experience was while playing?
So a guy on a bike and a guy in a car are both making deliveries. No traffic for either of them. The guy on the bike says, “wow this is so much better than driving a car, that’s my experience anyway”.

It’s not. Dragonflying is objectively faster and will get you to each node faster. It’s exactly the same.
dynamic flying is twice as fast as normal flying people want to get stuff done now.
