We know that the walls between alternate realities will fall at some point in the future based on 9.2 data-mining.
Draenor could be brought over fully as its own world from the realm of the Light, if we are to believe the Light is claiming Draenor as its own. Even the mighty Ogres would have bent the knee to Yrel when faced with such a wave of light.
Powerful Ogre Spellbreakers from the Ogre Empire, serving as troopers of the Light to negate the powers of the Void would make interesting enemies. Remember Koragh from Highmaul? That kind of thing. It’d be a chance to revisit just what the heck “Anti-Magic” even is conceptually.
A raid tier revolving around a mix of Lightbound Ogres, Lightforged Draenei, and beings of Light could be pretty dope and have some incredible variety.

OP, they are not “forgotten” they are simply not a focus for this expansion. Half of them were part of BfA and I suspect once we finish SL will have a part to play(at least some of them)

Keep in mind that all 4 mentioned have been warchiefs and racial leaders, so I’m curious to know which alliance characters with the same level of importance have been ruined.

Rest they were never really present except for Anduin Dad.
Like the strongest Druid in history who stop tornado and stuff in Cata get owned by Saufran axe throw. Get captured by the shade of Xavius and whine like a little baby.
Tyrande who had Malfurion sleeping for 5000years till Cata was chill. She lose him for 5 min in Legion its the end of the world she can’t do nothing now. But the girl an experienced Huntress who cant catch anything without Elune fury and even there she still fail.

I’ll give you that, I laughed a lot at Tyrannde in Legion, and I imagine it would have been horrible for the alliance, even so I don’t think it’s comparable to what they did to Thrall, Garrosh and Sylvanas

To be fair most of them literally aren’t in the same dimension as us right now.
But Thalyssra is my favorite character to be added in a long time. I want to see more of her.
Talanji got put on the shelf the second 8.2 hit too. She is also a strong character I liked learning about.
If you’re talking about what happened when we were searching for Malfurion after Xavious turned Ysera. Malfurion wasn’t the one whining. That was Xavious taunting Tyrande.
If people are going to complain about the story, they could at least pay attention to it first.
