Yeah this is something I didn’t consider.
Would need special “keep it safe” channels to be the linked ones.

Stalkers are going to tell you that it will be impossible, even if it is.
Still a horrible idea. People get psychotic on the forums or in-game for simply disagreeing. The last thing I need is for them to follow me to another platform.
The concept of being doxxed through tag or cord
No thanks…
If I need to chat with my guild, I can do that w/discord app on my phone, computer, tablet, etc. I don’t need Wow to facilitate that, and I don’t need CoPilot harvesting data from my Discord.
That “if” word is doing a lot of work
Is discord moderating? I thought it and Roblox was where the groomers lived?
The data harvest, I didn’t even think about.
This idea has far too many red flags.
Honestly ye everybody just gonna do their usual group chat or guild chat
Blizz already knows every app on your pc from your exact geographical location
Whatever they know, or think they know, not going to give them extra leverage. If this were Blizzard of 20 years ago, I honestly wouldn’t mind.
MS wants to harvest everything they can in a race to win the AI wars. CoPilot lost long ago but it won’t stop them from trying.
Every keystroke logged IP address included
You can even go request your packet if you’d like to see
They even keep the reasons you report people for, like, what you type in the little box
I just let the guildies know about this and one of them said, “don’t big brother my bullshiz!” ![]()
Just don’t ever type in anything embarrassing or compromising into a computer
They can log THIS
*types out inappropriate sentences*
They also log backspaced things, curiously ![]()
Bruh I started laughing as soon as I read the title. My take? Got a song about it, like to hear it? Here it goes -
“Hell to the no, to the no no no” ![]()

Thank you very much

Why even waste development time on this? This doesn’t even solve a problem or create anything of value. It’s easy enough to just create a guild discord currently.
Maybe have those devs work on promised UI improvements instead.
Then I just typed out a whole lot for them to feast their little eyes on.
Enjoy!
They’ve been telling us for years they’d fix the guild UI and permissions that they broke— all the way back when Communities were introduced.
Still nothing on that, but hey… they’ve got their precious Discord collab to consider!
Makes sense since discord is where the majority of gchat happens for most guilds anyways.
The doomers can just opt out, so no big deal.
