A spammable raid-wide heal that does reduced healing beyond 5 targets?
This’ll either be totally broken or heal like a wet noodle.

Blizzard Take my Moneys!
When it was designed around the shorter range it made sense to be an uncapped aoe heal. But im definitely concerned about its effectiveness with its healing hitting everything in such a massive radius.
Probably going to be capped at 5 again.
The fact that it takes 5 holy power means it’s not that spammable.
Still shows as 3 on Wowhead’s calculator. Did they increase it to 5 in current alpha? If so, that change would make it impractical outside of raid settings unless its healing is super boosted in 5-man content or lower (heaven forbid any party members summon pets which can be healed separately… which is a lot of them now).
A good thing going for Light of Dawn is the radius was increased to 40 yards. Currently in Midnight Alpha, Light of Dawn isn’t capped although beyond 5 targets healing is decreased. At the end of the day, we’re not the only healer in a raid environment.
The revamped Light of Dawn sounds good, but I’m concerned that it won’t distinguish between targets that really need to be healed (players) and targets that don’t need to be healed (pets). Therefore, the presence of any non-player friendly units would simply water down the total effective healing for the ability.
