They can’t decide what LFR should be. Should it be…
- Training for potential raiders of the future?
- Where grandma goes to complete a quest or see the story?
- EZ mode raiding for the unwashed masses in search of entertainment?
I guess they expect it to be all of these things, despite having made no effort to make any of them happen. The fact is these goals work against each other.
I think Grandma should have a scenario to complete her quest, where the fights are done mostly by npc’s. I think there should be an actual training program designed to give players the basics of raiding. And LFR as easy fun entertainment should be expanded to include all raids from earlier expansions, scaled for all players at that level or higher.
But while LFR was the original topic of the thread, it seems to keep getting back to “we want more leveling options”. And the problem is that devs don’t want players to have leveling options. They don’t want leveling to be fun or entertaining.
Did they make Shadowlands leveling fun and entertaining?
