Ever consider that “casuals” don’t want to run M+?
I don’t, I gear in LFR. It’s my niche for the playtime that I have.

This. 100 percent this.
I just don’t like m+ as a concept. I would rather do all the old stuff that I missed out on.
Though doing Zerith Mortis is horrid as I never unlocked flying there…
If the game says they’re allowed to roll on the item, who am I to try to stop them? What other people do with their gear that they won is none of my business.
I cannot control what other people do, I can only control how I react.
Yeah this is literally as good as it’s gonna get for me in terms of gear lol
I always find it funny how some people rage over LFR gear that they won’t even use because they die to every mechanic in every fight.
They wouldn’t die as much if they used their defensives and self Heals. Oh, and stayed closer together for aoe Heals.
I had to shake my head at seeing my fellow Hunters refusing to do it. Poor healers were working overtime.
This thread is OP bragging about how much he hates people who do LFR and how people like him should be entitled to hoover up all the loot, so not sure how relevant your post is.
When did I say that?
I never once said I was entitled to any loot.
Look in the mirror, dood.
If I help kill the boss, I deserve my fair share at the loot, just like everyone else.
Hello, I see you replied to my post. Haha, the OP never mentioned trying to get any loot! Did you just make this entire statement up!? That’s crazy, haha!
Thanks for your post and have a great day!
Point to where I said it.
You can’t.
Makes me miss personal loot where people dont see me roll higher than them =/
But im a wave of 1 for missing that lol.
Sure, but Normals are very different then LFR, because usually you bring a guild.
A PuG normal would do the same thing
A normal with your guild, your obviously not going to roll against an upgrade for guildies because your guild members having a higher ilvl helps you clear the raid faster and easier.
Why? Most people aren’t going to care about “your” loot in a PuG. They have no reason to, if you win that sword drop it doesn’t change anything for me, but if i win it, I get higher ilvl / a new transmog.
Is it selfish? For sure. Does it make you a jerk? Arguably. But so does complaining because you lost a roll.
Maybe ruining it for You but not for everyone. They’re usually better geared and make my runs faster so I can get out of there and move on with my day.
Razageth and now Sarkareth have dragon riding customizations I would run for every week to try and get on all of my 70s. I don’t wanna sit there for the entire day because some healer can’t figure out that standing in dragon breath is a bad thing
At the end of the day, if there was an alternative to get lfr transmog, I think most people would go there. As it is now however, the only other way to get lfr tranmogs is
run the raid, and hope you win something,
hope it shows up in your vault, and then miss out on higher ilvl items
waste a catalyst charge, that could have been used on an upgrade.
Blizzard can very easily make LFR transmog more easily obtained and people will stop “stealing” loot in lfr, which makes both sides happy. But they haven’t, and I don’t think they will.
Personal loot was so good… I miss it every day.
I’m only there for transmog. If you isolate your gearing to one form of content and lose a roll, that’s just tough luck. It’s no one else’s business why anyone is rolling. Feeling entitled to gear you lost fairly just makes you look like someone who needs to take a break.
There you go. You are entitled to not only hoover up all the loot, but also to be carried on your sucky alts by the people who the content is designed for, and then trash them to show us your targeted toxicity. Although for you in particular, you seem to hate most players anyway.
You make a lot of assumptions.
It could not be more fair for people who participated in the kill to have their chance at loot.
That’s not entitlement, that’s reality. It’s entitlement to believe that you should get special preference over other players to roll on loot.
They never said “I should get all the loot” they said “I should get a chance at the loot” there is a difference.
No one there for a gear upgrade is carrying
