realistically suggests that the Dragon Soul LFR wont be released for several reasons:
- Alternative Avenues for Rewards: The mention of preparing alternative avenues for players to acquire LFR rewards implies that the gear will be obtainable through other means. This reduces the necessity for LFR, as players can get the desired loot without participating in it.
- Reduced Incentive for LFR Release: If players can obtain the gear through other methods, the incentive to release DS LFR diminishes. The primary appeal of LFR is accessibility to gear; if that gear is available elsewhere, the motivation to implement LFR is significantly weakened.
- Developer Focus on Fixing LFR for Mists of Pandaria (MoP): Given the alternative avenues for loot acquisition, itās even more plausible that the developers are diverting their focus to fixing LFR for MoP rather than prioritizing its release for DS. Ensuring a polished LFR experience in MoP should take precedence over implementing it in DS when the rewards can be accessed differently.
- Delay or Possible Cancellation: The statement acknowledges the desire for LFR gear but does not commit to its release for DS. The absence of a definitive plan for DS LFR suggests that it could be delayed or potentially canceled. The developersā efforts might be more directed towards resolving existing issues and preparing for future content.
Gonna go with the blue post over your personal views. For one, because your opinion on it never being added was incorrect and two because it is being paused for technical reasons, not for ANY other reasons you may think.
currently not a reason for it to be cancelled, as the additional options for the LFR rewards are considered if the LFR tool cannot be released.
So no, this is you making things up. Cart before the horse as the additional options for obtaining the rewards would not be considered had LFR not been paused for technical reasonings.
IF they cannot get LFR working. Again technical reasons, not your suppositions.
Again, more unfounded suppositions.
Thank you for the chatgpt response but you are not correct in your suppositions considering your inherent bias on the subject and your āreasoningā being based on their fallback choices that will only happen if LFR cannot be released as they had planned.
So again, we wait and see what Blizzard does.

Moist, shouldnāt you be buying some more gear in GDKPs, rather than talking about how LFR reduces the sense of gear progression? ![ ](https://d38bqls1q93fod.cloudfront.net/en/wow/images/emoji/twitter/rofl.png?v=12)

āreducing the sense of gear progressionā is basically how wow works, tiers are suppose to be like seasons and you are suppose to get the previous tierās gear easier so you can prog to this tier without running 6 months of t11 into 6 months of t12 when u are on the t13 patch
You could make an argument that everything that isnāt exactly the hardest boss in the entire game āreduces the sense of gear progressionā, normal mode would do that wouldnāt it? and any easy heroic? or any heroic that isnāt the biggest bad of the expansion? where would that end? āanything that isnāt hlk/ragnaros/spine of deathwing is reducing my enjoyment by giving people gear that isnāt from the very hardest contentā
It also allows new blood to come in and feel more welcome. It s a bit hard to lure in new players when they can see they are pretty much behind the 8 ball for missing first season/phase for the seasons/phases after.
Its necessary evil as a business to take in new customers. To make more money.
My stance here has been for the steady players their reward for loyalty the whole time is longer access on the gear. Which if used to farmā¦makes it really efficient.
Loyal Raid loggers had weeks to months to leverage uber gear for profit and chose not to. That be on them.

That is a retail thing not a classic thing.
Just be happy that LFR is being released with DS launch.

You will be happy to know that I am not against LFR.
I think it finally gives unskilled players like yourself a chance to see the content itās basically a story mode
You didnāt hear the news or see his post? He canceled his sub because no LFR.
I think lfr is mostly used by alts who donāt have time to schedule raid nights for multiple characters. Most are good players on their main and doing normal and heroic raids with their guild.
Like later on LFR doesnāt even fully unlock at once it unlocks in phases.
Whereas normal heroic and mythic will all unlock everything at once.
Like it literally is just a story mode at least thatās what it becomes later

Sure it is, itās ridiculously easy. But that doesnāt mean the people who use it are unskilled. Many people want to do some raiding on multiple alts. So while their main is doing scheduled normal or heroic guild runs they do a lfr raid now and then what they have free time. I actually think itās very sad when players do multiple scheduled guild runs with multiple alts. I pity those pathetic no lifers who have that much time to focus on wow. But itās a free country and those losers in real life can spend their time however they want. In the original game Iāve always healed with my main in guild runs and did an occasional lfr with my dps alts. While never a hard core player I was considered a very good healer in serious casual guilds.
You would be farming mythic+ on your alts also since it drops much higher ilvl than LFR.
No one who is raiding is doing LFR
Just sounds like your jealous.
This is why LFR is not needed.
Maybe in retail now, I havenāt played it in years. But no one was doing mythics in cata or MoP. But some were doing lfr on alts. Either you never raided on your alts, did an occasional alt run using lfr, or you did scheduled guild runs with both your main and your alts. Do what you want but you know what I think about that.
That is because Mythics were not available in Cata or MoP. Cata only had heroic dungeons and heroic raids.
MoP had heroic dungeons and raids, as well as challenge mode dungeons.
SoO was the first mythic raid, but that difficulty was not released until the WoD pre-patch.
I think if you spent 10% of the time you do on forums you would have time to actually raid.
Yeah which is why I think itās fine to put in the game now because you canāt farm mythic+
I donāt know when itāll be in or what they plan on doing my best guess is theyāre going to add the gear to the heroic+ vendor tbh
But that doesnāt make sense because of those things arenāt in the game yet so it makes sense to have LFR.
Thereās literally no reason not to
While some people get angry when you lie I think most of us laugh at how obvious and pathetic your lies are. You lie as badly as you play the game but unfortunately for you thereās no way to buy your place on the forums like you buy your gear in the game.

However, they can farm H+ dungeons and obtain heroic Firelands loot, which rewards a higher item level than LFR. They also have the new HoT dungeons to farm.
I was thinking the same thing. Then they could possibly throw Firelands gear into Inferno dungeons, like they did in WotLK. This would actually help with the price of crystals as well. When the new raid launches, they jump up in price because people are not sharding their new purples. But who knows what they are doing; honestly, I doubt they even know what theyāre doing.
You are accusing me of lying, but you have no raid logs. How can it be a lie that you do not raid when there are no raid logs?
