LFD? maybe, LFR? that depends on the attitude of the group, and it does not help when some take the “lets just wipe 10 times and build up determination buff” route.
I am fine with M0 being in LFG, even if the ilvl required is above what drops, but then I’d be using it for the dungeon weekly, get my 3 (with M+) or 4 (without) done with hopefully minimum hassil .
