The Grim might interest you. We’re an established guild, but not very big. Our active membership fluctuates, but is usually somewhere around 20 very active members.
We have an active Discord that is mostly OOC for chat during the day. We have a few RP channels there too.
We raid on Tuesday & Thursday from 5:30 - 8:30pm server time. I know that’s a little earlier than you want, but we are very understanding of work schedules and real life, so we’ve had people join late regularly before. While we expect everyone to have gems/enchants/consumables, we are a very easygoing raid group. Nobody gets yelled at for mistakes, nobody is forced to play specs they don’t like, and our voice chat is generally calm and friendly during easy stuff, and cleared for raid leaders during progression fights.
Our PVE content consists of raiding current content on Normal and Heroic, and also getting the meta achievements for mounts from each raid tier. We get AotC for each tier. We also run Mythic+ dungeons regularly, and we sometimes run older raid content for achievements and transmogs.
We usually have RP events at least once a week, and people sometimes get together informally for RP too. Guild chat is IC as a way for characters to chat and stay connected while we’re playing the game. We do have an OOC chat channel as well. New/rusty RPers are very welcome here.
We also have PVP nights if you ever want to give those a try.
