That type of guild does in fact exist, and it’s called Hefty on Area 52 
We are an adult-only (21+ with the average between 30’s-40’s) guild that raids on Tues & Thurs from 10pm-1am EST. Outside of raids, folks do keys, alt things, mount/transmog runs, etc. We do recruit both raiders and casuals as well.
