Sounds like an LFR problem, never encountered that on retail, not since BC now that I think about it
You talk as if those specs are completely non-functional though. They’re not. Why can’t we as a community respect their choices to play what they want?
My husband and I play the warrior/priest tank/heal combo, and we ended up with a mage DPS trio to finish out our group the other night. Most fun dungeon run I think we’ve had so far.
you will have to define functional in this regard a Ret Paladin doing 250dps in AoE while a Mage is doing 1500-1800, can the Paladin hit something and eventually kill it through those efforts? sure, could you say it is functioniing? sure. But even aa priest can go around melee mobs to death if he/she wished.
so function or use in this regard must be a relative statement BUT you brought up respecting their choices until i see people getting “nasty” tells back when they respond to a LFM posting i cant say their choice has been disrespected, no more than a Mage would be if he responded to a “LF1M Heals” and didnt get a reply back. Do not conflate respecting someone’s choice with accepting there choice.
Probably for the best. You played a Palidan. Not your fantisization of what a Paladin should be.
You should. You’d be terrible playing a real game. I suggest Pokemon Pet Battles.
Why are you here?
Oh lol I meant as in why did you come back but nvm I found your post as to why you resubbed
Are you one of those people who said retail making all specs viable ruined immersion?
interesting. So because 15 years ago i wanted to dps on a class i thought could and then decided not to play anymore because nothing else interested me i can’t handle this game? lol ok…
The game came out 15 years ago and you are still being childish, grow up.
Yeah, but at least TBC fixed that issue for the most part.
Are you one of those guys who fancies playing dress up?
Random assertions with limited info sure is a great way to argue/debate.
Didn’t you just imply he was bad for wanting dps pali to be viable?
LOL. Just because you wanted something to happen didn’t mean it could. You’re here complaining about your wants…
That’s pitiful. You’re grown? Sad.
Did I? Nah. I implied that his fantasy didn’t match reality, despite his wants and desires.
Seems like a Retail problem.
I misinterpreted it then
What does retail have to do with this?
He is here complaining, while playing retail. In retail, he can be his fantasy. That’s what he likes. Why is he even here?
I’m thinking he plays both versions, it’s not as uncommon as a lot of people seem to think
oh sorry about that, i came back to try Vanilla Shadow. I fell in love with it in BC when i tried it then and Vanilla is the only time i havent played Shadow(shortly after quitting i went to boot camp).
Get a brain please, what did i complain about? I handled it like an adult. It wasnt something i wanted and quit, i didnt actually complain about it not once. I think you have no clue what complaining actually is.
You are are lterally complaining because i quit paladin/the game because i didnt want to heal.
