No, it ensured that you could always find a group.
Plus most % of classic players i think are max already or busy with aq effort to be leveling. And classic doesnt have the numbers of people constantly at all different kinds of levels like retail.
The later you wait for leveling in classic, the more likely your leveling companion will be. Amage youre paying than a group
