but our huts are made of mud
I mained horde through most of my wow life, seeing the otherwise is a whole new experience. I cant argue it does appear better setup for the early zones. That said, who cares. The race to 60 is dumb, Blizzard even just said in their blog post the phases will be pushed back. Were gonna have this content for a while. I will have lots of time to swear at the idea of BRD runs nonstop, for now I am enjoying running around.
I currently have mid 20s Alliance and Horde and it’s really amazing how much easier it is to dungeon level as Horde. Stockades is garbage and there’s hardly any groups forming for it compared to when I’m on my Horde character and see over a dozen different messages for a dungeon. That leaves an annoying gap between Deadmines level and Gnomer/SM. At least on my Alliance server I don’t see that many people forming groups for stocks or BFD.
SFK also has 3 really good cloth drops you won’t replace for awhile as a caster. Getting to SFK as Alliance (which you have to do for a Paladin quest) is a nightmare. Also if you die in that zone you have to walk back from Southshore.
Considering SM is good 30-40, that puts Alliance at an obnoxious disadvantage for dungeon grinding for a decent chunk of time.
Doesn’t the neutral vendor near there require rep to use? I was trying to look up the closest Alliance vendor to SM during beta and the closest vendor was an Argent Dawn NPC.
Sounds like you should be on a PvE server snowflake, or play Horde.
why you trolling?
Well you have stockades as well. In ashenvale we have to go around your town. You can just run down the road in front of the horde. Try getting to the badlands as horde char. It quite a run. Ect…
I just think they have it easier cause there is a 3:1 ratio or something like that
Stockades is the counterpart to RFC… except it doesn’t drop loot.
Remember guys, Blizzard “fixed” all these so-called questing disparities in the old world with the Cataclysm remake. Is that what we want to happen again?
It hurt itself in its confusion
I got 2 words for you Alliance Scum…
Alterac Valley.
There is your balance. Turtle til your heart’s content.
And RFC does? Any piece of gear from RFC is immediately replaced in WC or having a profession skill greater than 75.
some are missing jawbones.
just sayin’
The mountains are not impenetrable, you just have to know your way through them.
Hard? Not really. Too far to run for anyone to bother? Most certainly. OP is right, Horde has it much better while leveling, especially if you like dungeons.
Same here. Horde gives a much better questing experience early on (at least until after STV) and has flight points close to every leveling dungeon.
Let’s remember this when the AV map imbalance threads inevitably pop up.
And because all of these hardships, you become tougher, faster, and stronger.
Are you insane? As someone who plays mostly horde, the alliance zones are wayyy faster to level in. Imagine being jealous of not running across a giant desert from 19-28
Alliance cities are closer so it’s more convenient.
Two methods of arrival via FP and Boat. Allows you to get there from the middle of both continents.
If we’re going to compare leveling zones like STV then leveling zones like WPL are fair game.
