If the portal to Silithus is gone now, then the best way at level 10-29 probably is going to be to hoof it from Un’Goro.

Or get a friend with a 2 person flying mount to take you there.

The secondary objective for the quest is get level 30 and flying.

Hmm… I’m past that and no quest required flying? Are you talking about vortex pinnacle? There is a portal there in the class hall
