I have been told because it breaks the immersion of your character being so low of level looking like he’s slain countless kings and demons… but me riding on the drake of the south wind at 20 seems perfectly normal?

And the starter gear for allied races is based on stuff that used to only be available after level 100 (and still requires that for the xmoggable versions).
Its weird some of the things that even a lvl 1 can transmog, when there are things even in the same set they cant. I would think anything but Tier or legendaries should be fair game until level appropriate. Its kinda gotten convoluted now. I think they should just about open it fully or maybe just narrow it down to certain restrictions. Maybe class only (Since it might require lots of coding)
