How long ago did you purchase the level 70 boost? While usually the payment goes through quickly it could still be processing for up to 24hrs. Your transaction history page will show the transaction as complete if you are good to use the token. If it’s still processing you’ll need to wait for it to finish.
I’m not sure what ticket path you used, but you will want Purchase Failure. After the payment has fully processed and says complete and you still aren’t able to use it, use the following path to submit a ticket.
