They broke the rep XP bar as well. Now, if you don’t want to buy DF you are forced to have an active XP bar that hides your reputation XP bars.
I was farming one of my reputations last night and the rep XP bar was helping me keep track so I don’t have to keep going into my rep tab, and now it’s not working anymore and hidden by the forced DF experience bar.
We get it. DF sales are low. You don’t have to break the game just to push sales. Jesus!

I tried that. It won’t me. So now we’re forced to have a sales-push DF XP bar until we purchase DF. And our reputation bars no longer work because they’re hidden by this forced XP bar. -.-

If you’re already max level, for your current expansion level, the game assumes you have no more XP to gain and won’t let you turn it off.

Yeah, just tested it to see if it still worked. That’s a nope.
Last time, it let me do it on a maxed 60 since you could accidently level to 61 and when the free week was over, it locked you out of your character until you purchased DF.
But it looks like they fixed that issue.

Have you tired just covering it with the Rep bar in Edit Mode?

What happens now is that once you would ding 61 it throws up new popup telling you that it’s going to start banking your XP, just how it does with f2p accounts. Both systems work the same it seems.

Is my wow install different or am I misunderstanding the supposed issue? I get the aforementioned ad one time when I log in . For the duration of my session be it 45 minutes or 3 hours it doesn’t repeat.

Nah OP is talking about what happens if you don’t own DF and then max level is 60.
Blizz goes all Norton on you and tries to all but harass you into buying DF.

I have a better idea. Take forum privileges away from people that don’t purchase the expansion. Boom, problem solved for the rest of us.
That’s a lot of value provided for fifteen bucks a month and the new xpac. Forum access is basically priceless, so if Blizzard is just giving this away to classic players that are still running BfA, a small indy company can’t make a buck to pay their lawsuits.
