Let's talk about healer damage

My unpopular opinion here is that damage mitigation, in all forms except threat, should be the role of the healer. The tank should not be able to self-sustain without a healer, the DPS should die if the healer doesn’t handle the fight AoE phases properly, etc.

I would personally go as far as give all of the ability to kick/interrupt to healers

This sounds exhausting. It’s already difficult to impossible to keep alive DPS who are not properly doing the mechanics once you get into even the lowest levels of difficult content. Now we also have to do all the mechanics for them?? Nah lmao
