Truth here.
There are a multitude of things wrong with guilds, and levels are item number 65 on the list.
Unfortunately, while plenty of reasonable feedback has been given on how to improve the state of guilds, it is being ignored by the WoW team.
They need to be modified, but yeah.
Like so much of WoW, a feature with potential got scrapped because it had problems.
It’s actually a lot simpler than that.
The logic goes: “I like X, therefore X is good for the game and everybody should have to do X”.
yes, i have some knowledge about making games. I know it will be hard work to ‘fix’ WoW, but i think Blizz might have some backups of their older versions, and if i had 5000 workers, i could make WoW great again.
Blizz just dont care about WoW much. They finally abandoned WoW in pandaria, when they started to attract chinese and and korean community.
WoW isnt elite game for rich player, i think next thing blizz will do is make WoW Free to Play but with micro-transactions system.
