Dope! I hate the chest and legs for that set though so I swapped them out.
I got the elite achievement, and I don’t have that weapon mog. Is there a special way to unlock it?
Yeah, purchase it from the vendor.
Provided the character who has earned Elite can equip the item then the appearance will be given to the account, and usable on any eligible characters.

I learned during my time in rift, people don’t like being killed in pvp by a pink character.
It sets them off to no end.
Gnome in pink > Gnome in general > Anything else in pink > Everything else
In terms of tilt-o-meter
In my testing I’ve found that name plays more of a role than race or mog.
Any uwu name gets /spit on immediately in my experience, especially when combined with race hate + silly mog
Idk, I’ve played several gnomes and nothing has received the hate nearly as much as this current combo.
Idk, I’ve done pretty normal names before and gotten the same amount of hate as like my really awful names (like my undead priest who I can’t play anymore because I don’t want to lose his name 
)
