We all have choices to make in this game. Do I farm copper outside of Stormwind to afford transmog, or do I make a silly post on Sunday? Personally, I needed a day off.

Considering the barber shop is now free, I don’t see why they can’t do this. I don’t think anyone would miss paying for transmog switching.
If there are so many 900g world quests and gold is easy to get, why does it matter tmog has a high fixed cost?
Just do world quests, play the game

it makes perfect sense. I did the work for them I shouldnt then have to pay to use them. Its not gear…its appearances…they do nothing in the game but look good.
some days…lots. Trying to find that perfect set for THAT alt.
Ive also grinded for over a year trying to finish a specific set for a character.
When youve rolled 100 characters over 5 bnets or so…and your ‘end game’ IS mogging, its not the same as it is for a 1-3 character player who only does raiding and m+, believe it or not.
because Im not running those quests…Im in OLD content that isnt throwing gold at me all day long.

This just feels like an attempt to make progression raiding more expensive than it already is.
It is fine doing old content, problem is Blizzard is balancing gold rewards with latest content, not old one.
it is fine you are swimming in the river, you just swim upstream and want rewards of downstream.
Reduce or remover transmogs fees.
We did the work for the appearances, I shouldnt have to pay to get into my closet and put some of them over my body armor.

i didnt even know what that was, i just noticed there were no transmog fees. then i logged in and they were back.
At the very least, we should only be charged if we are CHANGING a transmog. For example, if I get new gloves I could change them to my currently saved transmog for free. But if I switch out my look, I have to pay.

Almost? I’ve seen at most 700-800g.
Which is one world quest. And many of those only take 5 minutes to do. Some even less. Yesterday there was one for putting flowers on a ram that takes more time to fly to than it takes to actually do.
