Let's just call Warfronts what they are and then give us more of them

I would actually like to see more warfronts but designed as epic battlegrounds. Scrap the darkshore design. Stay with the arathi design for them.

Have both sides start in the great hall/town hall level 1. They have to build up their base and fight over the capture points for resources and to push the front.

Seeing as this is a tug of war I am not sure how to place the win conditions. If it is to kill the enemy general that will be near impossible because the enemy faction will be respawning right around the corner and can immediately run back into the fight.

They would have no reason to ignore the enemy faction and take objectives because they need to push the enemy faction back so they can push forward themselves and siege the enemy base. They can’t do that while the enemy faction is in their base wrecking their stuff.

I guess the solution would be to put a ticket count within the base itself that activates once the walls are breached. Something like you must eliminate X amount within 2-3 minutes to achieve victory otherwise you will be pushed out and the walls repaired. Have the walls repaired to only 50% or so however when this happens. This would be to help counteract prolonged matches.

Put the battleground on a time limit of an hour. If the time limit is reached it will end in a draw unless one faction is in the process of sieging the enemy base. If that is the case they get the win.

As an example lets say the horde has taken valorcall pass in arathi and their demolishers are bombarding the gates. If the timer reached zero while they control valorcall pass or the walls have fallen and they are inside the base they will be given the win. If they don’t control valorcall pass it will end in a draw regardless of if they control every other capture point.
