Yeah in TBC and Classic it generally does.
Go clear a mythic raid and say the same lol.
I’ve tried raiding with a less good guild in retail, their dps is pretty much half the good guild’s. And you’re going to say low skill ceiling.
It’s valid statement here for say warlock where you spam shadow bolt, everyone will have same dps, but when your rotation has 8-10 different things + dodging mechanics, that’s high skill cap.
Retail has lot of bad when it comes to mmorpg, but raiding isn’t it.
I’m sorry but nothing there is anywhere near as mechanically difficult as…
gifyourgame . com /AswarmWrithingKirin (Remove spaces, couldn’t directly link that one.)
And that’s a clip from a lower ranked guy, not the one I was talking about.
So what’s the point of this video again?
2nd easiest boss in Nyalotha mythic, on fwarr, the button smash spec.
Don’t get the point, and how it’s relevant to statement about skill cap on classes and raid bosses.
To prove my point? If you compare the two it’s pretty obvious which one has a higher skill cap.
I’m not opening 2nd link, what is it?
A clip from a Rocket League match in the GC range. Just grab any random highlight reel from Youtube, pretty much the same stuff.
How is that relevant to comparison between Classic and Retail raid difficulty and rotations?
Is rocket league an MMORPG even?
Because if you want to call something skill based then you need to define the skill range.
If Vanilla is a 1/10 and TBC is a 2/10 then current retail is a 4/10 at best. The game just isn’t very skillful. MMo’s in general aren’t for the most part outside of the higher end of the PvP scale.
Anyone without a disability can pick of WoW and if they have enough time and friends beat all the content. The fact is 99% of people don’t have that much free time, or can find a circle with enough other people that the same amount of free time.

Does rocket league have raid bosses with abilities and mechanics, classes with rotations, gearing process and group of 20 people relying on each others?
You’re kinda clueless mate, could use csgo too as example, or chess. LMAO
Hey guys, WoW is easy compared to joining special forces, I rate it 2/10 in difficulty.
No Rocket League in fact does not have 19 other people to make up for your mistakes. It also has a far greater number of possible mechanical inputs due to 3D movement, and car and ball physics They also need to be done is just fractions of a second. Tell you what man, if you think it’s less so then just go get GC or higher on Rocket League and prove it.
Should be able to just 100% win rate it right?
Make up for your mistakes? Buddy it’s mostly that 1 person making mistake wipes other 19 people, and 20 people have to work together to bring down a boss.
If it’s so easy, how about you post on that retail character that’s 10/10 mythic?
If anyone can clear it, surely you’ve got cutting edges all around and gladiators.
That’s my point. It’s nothing to do with skill. 95% of the raid has nothing to do with you at all.
Go on, post on a character that’s cleared mythic raid, since you’re so experienced.
You’re like that one guy on couch watching football and saying you could do it better.
To prove what? My point was the game isn’t a skill based one and it’s a measure of time sink your live allows. I don’t have that kind of time. The only difference between a casual raider and a mythic raider is time spent.
Show me some proof that the game require a comparable level of mechanical skill to what I posted. You are just straw manning.
You have no experience whatsoever, and claim mythic raiding is easy and anyone can do it.
Okay that’s all I needed lmao.
And you proved my point for me. Thanks. Your idea of skill = hours spent. That’s not skill, that not having kids or a job.
This just got better and better as it went down.
Posts a mythic raid next to… rocket League??? LOL!!!

Yeh it’s really pretty funny. WoW raids are like easier versions of Nes games. The only hard part is getting your 19 younger brothers to stop trying to grab your controller.
Dude you could give someone that’s never played WoW a decked out character, a week to practice, and have the man watch a video 10 times. He’d be just find in that raid. Most people couldn’t do the actions in that clip after a 1000 hours of practice.
If you don’t believe me the game is free. No excuse to not download it and prove me wrong. As a bigshot WoW Mythic guy should be cake for you right?
