PVErs would love it! I can already see the rings of fire in m+
Shamanism would be so fun to use in raids and dungeons!
Sigil mastery would be amazing for dhs!
Long gate! Soul Swap! and JINX?!?!?! OMG PVE aff locks would fall in love with blizzard again!
being able to move while casting aimed shot in a raid? while ALSO having more range? hunter raiders would go INSANE!
This would also give the devs more options on being creative with new honor talents for all classes!
I think it would be huge for pve and people would love it.

PVErs shouldn’t have to feel like they’re only playing a fraction of the game.
Let’em have it all!
ALL FOR PVE AND PVE FOR ALL!!
I remember back when Spell Reflect was gated behind a PvP talent in BfA.
Felt really bad lol.
It’s interesting there aren’t any PVE only talents.
Instead Blizzard just nerf bats abilities when used against players.

but it would be more damage… everyone in wow LOVES damage! …how can you say “No” to damage? when everyone loves it…
Bro I’m low level… I need to GIVE MY LIFE in warmode to level 80s just aoeing mobs while questing… JUST to have 30% more on my frostfirebolts…

Cool story. No one can fix that you have some weird personal requirement to be in Warmode because of… frostbolt or something. Just do the world quests and get started gearing up.
It ain’t difficult.
there are 5 mans of buddies cracking beers and jokes that kill me all the time…
I WILL ENDURE FOR YOU!

The issue with honor talents is they have very different functions in pvp then they would have in pve. In pvp arguably the most important ability any class has is its defenses and nearly all honor talent choices at the higher end reflect this. It is why MM hunters for the longest time played with pets ( I don’t know if they still do started late this patch and want to hit 3kio before pvping since im also leaving soon again).
PVE players almost always value dmg over everything. While they would use the seldom picked honor talents I don’t really think it would work out well.
I have often thought the same thing but I’m not sure I agree with the idea currently.
It’s especially a shame considering some of them add so much functionality to BASE rotation in the case of affliction lock soul swap for example.
The issue then becomes: completely rebalancing damage and utility encounters with the “new” talents as well as whatever programming would be necessary for certain skills to work within instanced content where it was not previously (see the shaman “dig” spell). It would upend m+ and raiding across the board as new cheese strats are invented requiring so much work.
And all so one of the few benefits of warmode can then be offered to players uninvolved?
I dunno I don’t see it. Much as many of these talents are very fun.
Bad idea.
Time Stop is ultra busted if you put it into PvE, a full immunity every 45 seconds that you can apply to anyone.
