I submitted a suggestion the other day (you guys know about the suggestion box right? https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/21518) to have a “daily” to do 4 WQs which rewards an item to turn in to one of the quartermasters for the same reward we get now (rep+whatever else) but having a multi-choice window for rewards sounds cool too
This would give you the option of focusing on rep for whatever faction you wanted every day instead of ignoring emissaries that are “useless”
