That dude has a lot of characters that he cycles between just to complain on the forums. He’s been doing that for a long time.
blizzard likes there money. yes u are very correct but it will never happen because they want u to grind so they can get that next month subscription from u. hopefully maybe next year when Microsoft fully takes over maybe they will tell the developers to do it.
There is an industry built around “Likes” on social media.
Twitter, Fb, Ig accounts etc. all purchasable/farmable.
In this situation it really takes away from the validity of what we are looking at and by who. They must have a good laugh looking at these threads from the top end.
Watching people talking to themselves in order to get what they want, in a Video Game.
You also have to wonder about people hiding behind low level alts with a hidden profile.
Yep when you look deeper they may be the most solid out here.
I can do a lot of things on these forums, but I don’t.
Kinda just hit like on all the posts I liked from the top. My phone is logged into a different character than my home PC.
Yes I post on different alts because I usually log onto the guy I’m having my concerns with.
But rather than point out my posting flaws and acting like an almighty detective from Law & Order SVU, maybe just add some worthwhile comments to the conversation or move along.
Unless of course you are a perfect human being with zero flaws.
I’m betting you’re not.
Old habits, right.
Totally agree.
you are calling 237 hard work?
I have a suggestion that I would like to share and welcome feedback and criticism.
Three sets, Crafted, Honor, Conquest. Within a reasonable ilvl difference.
Allow everyone the option to obtain these, time permitting.
Rated gets the top first.
Allow for lots of options for Stats, add in some creative flavor for depth.
Top notch cosmetics for higher tier play.
Or scale item levels in instanced pvp?
Just hit level 60?
Your ilvl 100 quest weapon will scale up to ilvl 259 - the current highest honor rank upgrade.
ilvl 100 weapons has
100 stam
100 main stat agi/str or int
40 haste
20 crit
scale it to 259
and now it’s
259 stam
259 main stat
103 haste
51 crit
say if you wanted to customise your gear for more haste and vers and you find an ilvl 95 weapon
95 stam
95 main stat
25 haste
25 vers
scale that up to ilvl 259
now you have
259 stam
259 maint stat
77 haste
77 vers
this gives flexibility for whatever gear you have that you can bring to instanced pvp.
I welcome you to review my suggestion and provide feedback or criticism.
I just want the 1 honor and 1 conquest set like we had in WoD that scales in PvP combat. No upgrading, no tiers, and no rating requirements. The only requirement is getting that honor gear to start with then actually getting your conquest gear.
There was nothing wrong with that system and the alt friendliness was amazing. I had like 5 toons I was actively playing on, all had full conquest gear. I could actually play what I felt like playing at the time without insane amounts of grinding and time invested.
I agree, two sets, honor and conquest but you would want it to get progressively stronger if you want to use it outside of instanced pvp otherwise it will always be a static ilvl (for pve and pvp).
I suggest that whatever gear you want, at first, gets scaled up to the highest pvp ilvl and you can still purchase pvp gear for use out side of instanced pvp.
You’re effectively geting honor and conquest gear with scaling. AND you still get to purchase your honor and/or conquest gear like normal but also allow the ranking of that gear to stay viable outside of instanced pvp.

What’s the difference?
the random bg finder came out after the random dungeon finder but before LFR. the reasons were entirely different though, LFD and LFR were added so that players who played on low pop realms or at an offtime of day or whatever reason couldn’t find a group could still see content.
the random bg queue was added because pvpers used to have to queue for each BG individually, which was very annoying. not because they couldn’t find a group. they were always able to solo-queue.
when you apply the PVE viewpoint to PVP, you end up with a wrong analysis of the picture, a random queue might seem like LFR to someone in PVE and therefore might seem like the bottom of the content because of the way PVErs rank LFR, but to the PVPer random content means random fun.
the original point of LFR was to lower the barrier to entry to raiding, the original point of random BG finder was to lower the boredom of PVPers. the difference is their purpose.
Jesus Christ buddy, can you quit spamming this on every post, on every PVP forum? Lol
can you imagine if these 2 items scaled up for random bgs at 60?
or any other “fun” gear with procs on like the thundercrash mail bfa set from world quests and rare elite drops.
it would become BiS then everyone has them and im no longer a special snowflake.
Great thread aside from the couple trolls
Agree with return to cheap instant crafted > 2-3 day honor gear > BIS for pvp conquest gear that goes a bit faster for high rating
No rep grinds on pvp gear, honor gear 3-5 % weaker than conquest, crafted 5-10% lower than honor
Lots of cosmetics for rating
Pvp tier set bonuses
Use down scaling in pve to stop pvp gear from shortcutting pve too much
Basically stop reinventing the wheel trying to force cash shop metrics and return to what already worked extremely well in the past
Add some heavy conquest catchup timesavers that increases for every new month into a season
Entertain players instead of testing their tolerance for tedious hamster wheels
Oh yeah normalize borrowed power systems in pvp so it doesn’t matter if you are naked or max gear, borrowed power grinds have no place in pvp but they gimped our characters without it
It’s the whole point of the game though… you get better gear the better you get at the game.
If you suck at raiding, you won’t and shouldn’t get mythic raiding gear.
Likewise
If you suck at pvp, you won’t and shouldn’t get 9/9 pvp gear.
Get better at the game. Find a good partner and push rating.
This game isn’t designed around people who just want to do random battlegrounds, just like this game isn’t designed around people who just want to do LFR.
Why should you get the best gear in the game when you’re terrible at the game?
