Legit question about spell interuption

How is it the mechanics can let more than one player interrupt a target more than 20 times in one sitting? Are there no mechanics set in place to prevent this? I know polymorphing has this effect, but it’s not global or only applies to the caster, not all players as a global cool down. Same with 2-3 different interruptions per player.

Right, diminishing returns don’t apply to interrupt effects for whatever reason. They do apply to every other sort of CC.

kicks have cooldowns so interrupts aren’t spammable like poly or fear, multiple players can rotate interrupts, however multiple players can also rotate CC to avoid DR.
