Druid order hall quest:
”Continue the campaign by accepting the quest ‘You Can’t Take the Sky from Me” in Mount Hyjal.
I see the quest icon on my map but there is no npc or quest to accept it at Mt. Hyjal.

I’m glad I’m not the only one. I was in the middle of the quest. Had to abandon it because I lost the NPC when she went stealth mode on me. Tried to get it back in Mt. Hyjal and the Dreamgrove but like you said quest icon shows but no NPC. Do we have to wait until Argus before it’s fixed?

Found the quest. It’s actually in Dreamgrove. You just have to go upper left of the map when you open. The person is around there. Just fly around until you find it.
I managed to get the mission again!!
In my case, Thisalee Crow was at The Dreamgrove (/way 31.40 4.77).
If she’s not there for you, follow the steps below from the official support reply I received 
Support replied to me as follows:
The quest “You Can’t Take the Sky from Me” is a multi-step chain that moves Thisalee Crow between different locations, and your character needs to be on the exact phase to interact with her. When you abandon the quest midway, the game fails to revert your phasing to the initial stage.
Thisalee Crow is not located at the obvious spot marked on the map to pick the quest back up. She’s in a hidden location inside your Dreamgrove.
To continue the quest, go to the Dreamgrove (the Druid Order Hall), look for the Shrine of Aviana, and head to the northwestern part of the Dreamgrove map. She’s usually found in a more secluded area, away from the Treant Sapling where the map incorrectly marks her position. After that, look for her around coordinates (43, 23) within the Dreamgrove.
A common point of reference is the Moonwell and the dirt path behind it, to the right of a flower bed.
I also recommend disabling your AddOns — since this is a phasing-related bug, try temporarily disabling all interface AddOns and doing a /reload while in the Dreamgrove. This ensures no AddOn interference with the NPC’s visibility.
Check Follower Missions: Make sure Thisalee Crow isn’t currently on a follower mission from the Order Hall table. If she is, you’ll need to wait for her to return before you can interact with her.
If the quest icon appears on your map but she’s not physically there at the marked location, she’s almost always found in the hidden northwestern area of the Dreamgrove.
Where is the fix, Blizzard? All druids who have completed this quest are being left with having to log out and back in just to play.
