Trying to do intro quest for Highmountain area to meet with Warbrave Oro and Khadgar, but they seem to not be there, but still chat like they are there. idk why that is happening and has it anything to do with my Dracthyr Outlaw Rogue alt in the remix? Her name is Ethema.
P.S: I also tried /target on Warbrave Oro, still nothing unfortunetly. I do wonder if it has anything to do with Legionfall campaign intro quest nearby? My dracthyr outlaw rogue is level 80, just to point out.
Update: I learn and confirm it was due to Legion Fall campaign that ruin the intro quest for Highmountain to bug out, I hate this so bloody much cause it hurt my nostalgia of doing 4 zones at least with order hall with it before Legion Fall campaign, can Blizzard bloody fix this mess now?!?! >:(
Did you find a work around for this issue? I am running into the same issue? And why is legionfall available so early?
I was able to get around it by flying to Stonehoof Watch in Highmountain, and Warbrave Oro was waiting there for me to turn in the quest!

Sadly not resolve, with many told me to the intro quest and call it “solved” with “:)” response, personally pissed
The only work around I was able to find was that if you except the Armies of Legionfall quest and skip the info, Khadgar sends you to the Broke Shore, then fly back and the brave is there. I hope this helps.

I can confirm that as of June 8, 2026 if you fly to Stonehoof Watch in Highmountain. Warbrave Oro will be waiting beside the flight master. (Credit to Kynyse) I saw their answer and tried it and it worked
