Priest campaign has same issue. Locked at the quest “Scarlet Redemption” because there is no way to get there now. Same lack of blizzard support…automated message that says we cannot help with bugs…

This did not work for me. Soon as I got to Scarlet Monastery building, instantly TP’d me back to Dalaran, and I had 1 minute remaining on timer before it should have sent me back.
This is happening to me. I leveled a DK on my second account up to this quest. It’s on the quest now, and when I go to sync the group in order for my main DK to reaquire the quest the " ! " pops up on his head for a fraction of a second and then disapears. I tried to right click fast with an auto quest accept addon… Doesn’t work. Blizzard, PLEASE ADRESS THIS!
I am also having this issue. Specifically with the “The Zealot Rises” quest. I ported to the dalaran crater and tried to fly to SM directly. I flew over UC and my character would keep getting teleported back
If you can get someone to summon you back to SM you can continue the quest
Still no fix that i have found…
I get teleported back as soon as I touch the ground or collide with anything in SM. If they could just open the portal again in Acherus it would be no problem.
Same deal - have to accept “Raising an Army” quest in Scarlet Monastery, no way to get back to Scarlet Monastery. Tried flying from Dalaran Crater, in the middle of the way got hardstuck in the air with “You aren’t allowed to go there” message popping over and over again. Had to join a raid and ask for a summon to get unstuck, as I couldn’t hearth or anything since I was stuck constantly falling!
Same happened here. Abandoned the quest thinking there would be a portal to return us to SM where i screwed u p, and there is nothing. A shame Blizz has done nothing to fix this yet.
where is the portal to dalaran crater in the sewers? ive looked everywhere 
downstairs, take the little portal pad thing in the very center of dalaran, then run down all the stairs
I have the quests Raising an Army and The Scarlet Massacre, and yeah there doesn’t appear to be a way to get back to the Scarlet Monastery. I have tried the central portal in Dalaran and flying the whole 11k from Stormwind. Both do not work for me either.

WORKAROUND FOUND
Hi there! I got stuck in the same way but I was able to find a workaround!
Search for DKs in Scarlet Monastery and ask two of them to join you in a party. Hopefully one of them has the Timeless Scroll of Summoning that they can use to put down a portal and summon you!
Once I zoned in, our resident DK Order Hall partner showed up with the quest indicator above his head and I was back on track!

If you abandon and take the quest again a portal is next to the quest giver

Dunno what happened… I clicked on a death gate and got soft locked until last night… LAST NIGHT… I get some random message to report to the Fel Hammer… I’m like the GM finally got me at a time I was on my toon??? Go on a quest to fix your sword he said… come back to Fel Hammer after doing so… and there was a mysterious infinite portal open for me… BACK TO SM I went… YES!!! they let me back in and was able to get my Legion Hold quests back on track… FINALLY after two and a half weeks… was at 71 last night with no Legion Hold Quests available… hit 80 last night and got 6/10 world quests done for the Legion Hold… BRAVO BLIZZ
