It started great if you were Alliance and did not play alts or change specs. And enjoyed AP farming. The story was heavily Alliance focused.
And yes. Hightmountain is just tauren with different antlers. Suggesting they should have been neutral would just be putting tauren on the alliance.
I am rather against that concept.
