[Legion Remix] Pillars of Creation – Unable to Obtain Eye of Aman’Thul

I’m unable to complete the Pillars of Creation Achievement. I can’t get the Eye of Aman’thul. I’ve done all of the questlines and completed all of the dungeons and raids. What am I missing?

i was having the same problem, turns out i missed Khadgar giving The Nighthold: Lord of the Shadow Council quest just outside The Nighthold’s entrance in Suramar
