Subject: Character stuck in incorrect Orgrimmar phase - Unable to complete “Fate of the Horde”
Hello,
I am experiencing a character-specific phasing issue that prevents me from progressing through the Legion storyline.
Character details:

Quest: “Fate of the Horde”

Current objective: “Report to Saurfang”
Issue description:
When I enter Orgrimmar, the city appears to be stuck in an older Legion-related phase. I can see demons fighting outside the city and Sylvanas Windrunner standing on the platform near the entrance.
My quest log shows “Fate of the Horde” with the objective “Report to Saurfang”. However, Grommash Hold is closed and I am unable to enter. Varok Saurfang is not available, making it impossible to continue or complete the quest.
As a result, I am completely blocked from progressing further in the Legion campaign.
Troubleshooting already attempted:

Logged out and back in.

Restarted the game.

Abandoned and reacquired the quest when possible.

Left and re-entered Orgrimmar.

Used other flight paths and portals to enter the city.

Disabled all addons.

Checked for other available campaign quests.

Attempted to change phases through Chromie Time (where applicable).

Attempted Party Sync with another player.

Waited through multiple server resets and daily resets.
The issue persists regardless of these actions.
Additional information:
The phasing appears to be incorrect because the world state visible in Orgrimmar does not match the expected state for the current quest progression. It seems my character may be stuck in a legacy phase that prevents the required NPCs and locations from appearing correctly.
Could you please investigate this phasing issue or reset the relevant quest and world state for my character so I can continue the Legion storyline?
