They are never going to bring back the mage tower i don’t know how many times it has to be stated and had to be brought up honestly at this point i’m blizz hasn’t just made it that if anyone posts about it that it gets removed.
They arn’t going to bring it back and honestly even tho everyone wants it back in remix it was never going to happen because it would be impossible to scale with how stupidly powerful we are ment to get during remix their a people already nearly if not 1 shotting mythic raid bosses they could never scale the thing to be a challenge plus the whole thing was it was reward designed for people who mastered their class back during legion with the setup we had back then and it was designed to be an actual challenge not just a walk in and 1 shot boss and get reward.
I gotten mage tower on nearly all classes, because when Antorus released it literally made Mage Tower difficulty irrelevant. It wasn’t a challenge by end of expansion. So I disagree a little with you, for those who got it early yes it was.
I never ever have tanked in my life and have gotten the Guardian Druid form in Legion literally cause you out geared it.
I’m just saying it definitely wasn’t a “Challenge”, the only reason why I want it brought back was few friends who didn’t play WoW and joined after legion would have a chance getting it.
No skin off my back if it returns or not, just be a nice thing for those to get a first/second chance on getting it.
Yep as i pointed out when they released they were an actual challenge and they were amazing at the end of the xpax it was pretty much a go get the ones you want but some poeple still struggled because they had no clue what to do/never played their class because we had so much extra gear.
I get that some people who didn’t play during that time see those items and want them but sadly they can’t have them because they were a limited time event. Their will be more stuff like that coming and they will have a chance to get them when they release the next challenge rewards.
Same can be said about AOTC mount and the mythic deathless transmog, but they are now brought back, and people is not even batting an eye about that?
Bring it all back, they already brought other stuff back like Garros Heirlooms, Mop Remix cloak effect, it’s just ridonkulous and inconsistent how they are doing this bullcrap
Why bring back certain removed content, AotC Spellwing and ToV Mythic Deathless Transmog but then full say no and draw the odd line at Mage Tower.
And I’d argue Deathless achievement was a lot more harder to get when it was current and just like Mage Tower, a lot easier as the expansion progressed.
True the deathless achievement is a bit shocking but again i would say meh honestly the armor sets arn’t that nice and they are just that rewarding the armor sets you arn’t getting the title which was the main thing people wanted with the orginal deathless run.
As for the AotC mount honestly i can’t find that thing anywhere i’ve looked in the mount vendor and raid vendor in the bazzar and can’t see it anywhere so unless they are going to make it a drop again i don’t even know if they are going to bring it back.
I think itll be avaliable by completing the heroic or mythic version of the raid (I believe I saw an achievement or something that said "heroic or higher)

Yes ToV is transmog, but to Druids the Forms are literally their version of transmog. Mage Tower is all just transmog that became ridiculous easy to get by Antorus.
But like I said it’s weird they add certain removed content but restrict others. Let those who couldn’t get it by whatever reasons at the time, or new players have a chance.

Both were infinitely harder than Mage Tower ever was in Legion. This really feels like arbitrary gate keeping.
Lmao I got my rogue mage tower skin because I had the legendary that healed you every time you used feint. Which had a super short (4-6 seconds) or no cooldown back then.
I literally walked in with feint bound to my scroll wheel and got it.
My rogue was never geared past regular heroics. I didn’t master anything. I just got lucky and face rolled it.
This argument that the tower was somehow the epitome of skill is just incorrect. It wasn’t, especially in the later tiers
DF S1 was my first season playing and healing +20 court and HoV was a real challenge for me and I still remember those runs even though we’re nearing the end of the next expansion. I haven’t thought a single time about others getting portals in remix other than “oh cool that’s good for them”. Others getting them doesn’t devalue your own personal experience with the content.
