This is my first time making a hunter and at level 20 I unlocked a spell that lets me use my pets special ability. I went to the stable and changed it to ferocity for Primal Rage Blood Lust. But the ability doesn’t does work and the pet never learns the ability. I even tried the other two and they don’t work. I’m just assuming this is a legion remix bug. Anyone else have this problem?
Wrong pet type? You don’t get Primal Rage unless you have a Ferocity pet summoned (among Tenacity, Ferocity, and Cunning).
Check your spellbook, Command Pet comes early but the associated spell may be a higher level to unlock.
I’m also having this issue. The command pet ability is in my spell book but it stays the generic symbol for the action rather than converting to the correct action based on the pet type. I think it is a glitch for Legion Remix.
You don’t get access to Primal Rage until level 48, to keep parity with when other classes learn their Bloodlust equivalents.
Basically, Ferocity pets are a little silly early on, you might want to swap to Tenacity or Cunning to get the extra utility until then.
