Legion Remix Artifact Trait Adjustments

With a recently deployed hotfix, we’ve increased Artifact Trait values in Legion Remix, especially for damage and healer specializations.

Artifact Traits

  • Damage and Healer specializations now gain +20% damage and healing from all artifact traits.
  • Call of the Legion
    • Infernal Flayer’s melee damage reduced.
    • Infernal Flayer’s Infernal Leap damage increased.
    • Infernal Soulsteal’s damage increased.
  • Naran’s Everdisc
    • Catching the disc now increases damage of subsequent throws by 50% per catch (was 30%).
  • Light’s Vengeance
    • Increased damage by 50%.
    • Increased healing by 20%.
  • Vindicator’s Judgment
    • Increased damage by 50%.
    • Increased healing by 20%.
  • Highmountain Fortitude:
    • The percentage of damage converted into Fortitude has been increased to 10% at rank 1 (was 5%) and 15% at rank 3 (was 11%), with each additional rank at or above Rank 4 providing an additional 3%.

Highmountain Fortitude buffs, that’s the stuff. That’s why I’m playing Remix personally, hope they buff the Arcane Ward and Aegis next, nothing gets me going quicker than being able to absorb damage

Is this what’s supposed to stop the 5 tank meta? This doesn’t really change the fact they’re still going to get two tapped in high keys because of pull sizes

Still waiting for infinite knowledge to actually increase my infinite power gains.

Swing and a miss.

The issue wasn’t the damage and healing being done to enemies. It was the damage being taken from them that was the problem. :face_with_raised_eyebrow: Still need to tweak that scaling, guys. Thanks for the damage buffs though, I guess.

This doesn’t make sense though, the whole problem is that DPS can’t survive the keys. There is plenty of damage already

(something that would work is like … tanks/healers buff survive-ability of their non-role by 40%, non-stacking)

I don’t think this will even be noticeable to be honest. Tank artifacts will continue to do way more than most dps specs and all healers because of tanks mastery scaling up all damage they do. Maybe if it was +100%. But even then, why play dps when you can do comparable damage as a tank and be immortal at the same time?

Doing more damage is cool but the problem is dps and healers just die before getting a boat load of vers. (I do appreciate buffing the other options so legion commander with a weak aura isn’t the only option anymore though).

When I tell yall that my dead body which just got 1 shot is going to be POPPING OFF for 20% more damage.

i know math is hard for people but 20% of 0 is still 0 so how does this help the dead dps and healers?

Just tell those tanks to stop mega pulls!
Surely they’ll listen…

Does anyone at blizzard actually read… or??? Damage was never the problem. I sure hope these weren’t the changes they had in mind to “fix the tank meta” they promised. Hopefully they still have something cooking for phase 2 launch like previously mentioned.

Sadly, I do not have pho. But now I want some!

“DPS can now deal 20% more dama— oh they’re dead already.”

Dead dps do 0 damage.

Currently tanks take advantages just because they survive at low vers.

This is confusing me. Are you saying EVERY trait or just the big ones?

Cause there’s a pretty hefty difference between that.

It’s not the damage that tanks do, it’s their survivability.

Cmon man….

Can we get BM hunter to benefit from pet damage for leech? We have basically no way to recover and also this doesn’t help us when we are dead.
